PHOENIX, Arizona, February 15. VANDERBILT women's swimming head coach Jeremy Organ joins today's edition of The Morning Swim Show to preview this week's Southeastern Conference championships.

Organ recounts the events that led to the team's reinstatement four years ago and how he's tried to build the team with few scholarships. He also said he relishes being the "little dog" at the SEC meet, using the larger teams' energy to fuel his swimmers to perform at ther best.
